By using VocaBuilder+ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits
• Submit harmful, offensive, or spam content to AI generation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others

3. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated vocabulary content is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee accuracy of translations or definitions
• You are responsible for verifying content for critical use cases

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content are owned by Maksymchuk Maksym
• User-generated content (your decks and cards) remains your property
• You grant us license to store and process your content to provide the service

6. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or AI errors
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

7. Termination

• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
